The dining hall serves 150–200 in a single sitting, and a 250-seat air-conditioned auditorium and lecture hall are available for orientation, sessions and activities. Quiet grounds give students room to gather safely on campus.

The house is minutes from Vasco and roughly four kilometres from Bogmalo and Hollant beaches, with South Goa’s churches, heritage sites and attractions within easy reach — convenient for an educational itinerary.
